Ariana Richards

Ariana Clarice Richards (born April 15th, 1970) is an American former actress who paints. Her most well-known role is Lex Murphy from the mega-hit film Jurassic Park. Richards has won many Young Artist Awards as a young person for her acting. Now, as an adult she's shifted her attention on her art. Numerous awards have been presented to her, such as Favorite-Newcomer of the Year - Japan, United Kingdom Australia and Bambi Award. After 2013 Ariana began to focus more on her art professional career. The fan base is large with over 50k Instagram fans. Skidmore College graduated her with distinction in Fine Art in 2001. In California she continued her studies at the Art Center College of Design Pasadena. Ariana got married with Mark Aaron Bolton who is an former Irish Defence Forces stuntman turned soldier. In January 2015, the couple welcomed their first child. They did not disclose the baby's name until 2019. She was born and raised in California. Ariana is the daughter of Bethany, who's also an actor. Darielle, Ariana's father is a producer of movies. The first time she appeared in public as a ballet dancer was in the age of seven, when she was seen as a model in an advertisement. Ariana's Italian roots on her maternal grandmother's side go back all the way to Carlo Crivelli a well known Renaissance painter. Besides that she is also a descendant from fighter John L. Sullivan. In addition, to Jurassic Park (1993), Ariana has also been onscreen in Tremors The Mother's Rage (1992), Spaced Invaders The Mother's Rage (1992) as well as Switched At Birth. Ariana is known as her horse Kindred Spirit.
